Pricing FAQ
Is there a trial?
Yes. A guided pilot can be prepared before a full rollout. Scope, duration and success metric are defined before the workspace is provisioned.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans can be stopped at the end of the current billing period unless a signed contract says otherwise.
Are refunds available?
Refund terms should be confirmed in the commercial agreement. Self-service payment pages should link to the written refund policy before launch.
How does Stripe checkout work?
The payment page lets customers choose a plan and billing period, then redirects to a Stripe Payment Link configured in stripe-config.js. Success redirects to checkout-success.html, cancellation redirects to checkout-cancel.html.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are shown excluding VAT. Enable Stripe Tax or state the invoicing process in the final checkout flow.
