Yes. You can start with tasks, incidents, documents, maintenance or training before adding other modules.
Can we upgrade later?
Yes. Plans can expand as workflows, users, workspaces and reporting needs grow.
Is onboarding included?
Team and Business include implementation support. A guided pilot includes setup support and a pilot success review.
Can we import existing data?
Yes. The best first import is the data needed for the pilot workflow, such as documents, equipment or initial users.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annualized pricing is listed on the plan cards and is paid once per year.
Can we cancel?
Monthly plans can be stopped at the end of the current billing period unless a signed contract says otherwise.
Can we run a pilot before choosing a plan?
Yes. The guided pilot is designed to prove one workflow before a wider plan decision.
