Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate account information and internal access governance.
Plans, pricing, taxes, payment method, cancellation and refund terms are defined at checkout or in a signed agreement.
Starter and Team use standard support. Business and Enterprise may define SLA commitments by contract.
Customer data remains customer data. Platform software, brand and documentation remain Linkfield intellectual property.
Jurisdiction and governing law are defined in the signed customer agreement.
Linkfield processes account data, workspace content, files, messages, audit data, support requests, billing information and website analytics if enabled. Purposes include service delivery, security, support, billing, communication and legal compliance.

The site includes an essential and analytics cookie choice. Data processing terms are handled during customer onboarding and procurement.
Customers can request operational data export before termination. Deletion timing, backup retention and restoration limits are stated in the DPA and service agreement.
